By accessing or using the Vickyexpress website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Vickyexpress provides technology services including but not limited to:

  • Phone and laptop repair services
  • CCTV installation and security systems
  • Web development services
  • Network setup and configuration
  • Sale of phone accessories and tech products
  • Digital books and educational content
  • Video tutorials and online learning resources

3. Repair Services

Warranty: Repair services come with a 3-month warranty on parts and labour unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage after repair, or misuse.

Data Responsibility: We strongly recommend backing up your device data before bringing it for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss during repair.

Uncollected Devices: Devices not collected within 30 days after repair notification may incur storage fees.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are displayed in multiple currencies for convenience; the actual charge is processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

Refund Policy: Defective products may be returned within 7 days for exchange or refund. Services already rendered are non-refundable except in cases of clear negligence on our part.

5. Digital Products (Books)

Digital books and educational content are provided for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content without written permission.

Subscription access is valid for the subscription period paid. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period.

6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content in comments or reviews
  • Use our services for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and educational materials, is the property of Vickyexpress or its content suppliers. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vickyexpress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
